Terms and Conditions
1. Limitation of Liability The organizer, including its directors, staff, and affiliates, shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, accident, illness, or loss/damage to personal property occurring during the grooming session or within the event premises.
2. Parental and Guardian Responsibility Parents and legal guardians bear full, non-transferable responsibility for the safety, conduct, and well-being of their children throughout the event.
3. Electronic Device Policy To maintain focus and protect privacy, the use of mobile phones and other electronic recording devices is strictly prohibited during sessions.
4. Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Respectful behavior is mandatory. Any form of criticism, harassment, bullying, or disruptive conduct toward instructors, staff, or fellow participants will result in immediate disqualification from the event.
5. Hall Access and Guest Policy To ensure an optimal training environment, parents and guardians are not permitted inside the grooming hall. A designated waiting area will be provided for their comfort.
6. Accompaniment Limit Each participant may be accompanied by only one (1) family member inside the premises to help manage venue capacity.
7. Punctuality Participants must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the session.
8. Compliance and Enforcement Strict adherence to all rules, regulations, and directives issued by management is required. Non-compliance may lead to expulsion from the event.
